No attention is paid to corona here. Service staff works without a face mask and doesn't even bother to get close to the guest. Far too many guests in a confined space. In addition, the food tastes very much like ready-made products and that is also very bland. And charging such expensive prices for it is cheeky. Only the beer tasted good. We were very disappointed and will definitely not be back.

First of all, the hotel and the rooms are very good. likewise the staff, especially sabina. Unfortunately, the food, both for lunch and in the evening, was simply disappointing. the roast pork tasted like warmed up cold cuts and the fish in the beer batter was almost cheeky ... makes every takeaway better. then rather offer fish sticks. breakfast was ok.

The service was on the ball. Logging in and out via QR code was very advanced and easy. Delicious meal. We were completely satisfied.

Hotel was good, clean, modern, good bed. Restaurant was chaotic, we ordered a starter and a main, but this caused quite some confusion and in the end the starternever came, we ordered beer, got the wrong type. Looking around us too the other guests, they also did not always get what they ordered. Some more professionalism would help.

We stayed in the hotel for 3 days (6 people), and we really liked the original hotel with the beautiful rooms. We also enjoyed the good cuisine every evening. The menu is very varied and offers something for every taste. It's a shame that there was only wheat from the house's own light beers. That tasted excellent. We would like to highlight the always cheerful wait staff.

It should be a nice summer evening. My mother drove to the beer garden and was already sitting in the beer garden at 8:40 p.m. We came running with von Wippingen's dog to eat together. Arrival at 9:01 p.m. Until then, no service at my mother's table. At 9:03 p.m. we all sat at the table. "The kitchen is closed !!!!" I always felt sorry that the beer garden was so poorly attended. No wonder if there is no interest in those few beautiful summer days. Never again.

After a little more than an hour of waiting for the food, I found out that the food I had ordered did not exist. Then I paid for my drinks and left. There was not even an apology attempt.

Food was delicious. Ambiente 👍 Nice atmosphere, service very friendly. Gladly again.

The beer from our own brewery is very tasty, service friendly, but not very organized, food came very late for some. But maybe it was just a snapshot

Nice beer garden, great own beers. Scheäbusch kitchen, decent portions and very good. We are happy to come back.

We celebrated our birthday there, so we only ate, not stayed. Service friendly, brisk and always close 👍 Food was good and came pretty quickly. Prices ok. Everything was clean, including the toilets. There is even an elevator down to the toilets, spacious, so no problem for wheelchair users.

Were eating as a couple yesterday at the inn. The service was very friendly and helpful. Prices for the food and the location perfectly fine. The food was of good quality. Only the serving of the schnitzel should be reconsidered. Is more difficult to eat when it is completely on the fries. Otherwise all good.

The hotel is located not too far from Ulm city. There are good public transport links to the city centre. The original brewery seems to have been a brilliant old fashioned building. The new part is a mix of concrete, glass and plywood, which someone, in a fit of enthusiasm, decided to label as a "wooden room" Parking is free :-) Check-in was superb and the lady at the till did try to help us with the aircon. I liked the onsite restaurant. The menu was decent. The facilities were clean and neat. Breakfast was quite good and they have a proper fruit juicer. The checkout was smooth. However, the main problem was the air conditioning system: One side of the room (facing the setting sun, for my sins) is glass, so the whole room had a brilliant green house effect. The aircon was meant to be 19 degrees, but it was nowhere close to 19 and the room was unbearably hot. I tried setting the system and, to her credit, the lady at the reception did help me, but sadly the night was very uncomfortable. The only relief was obtained by opening the window, however, this faced the restaurant area and there were people there. So if you think that it is a hotel with air conditioning and you can relax during the hot summers, think twice! You have been warned. I have knocked off a star from the rating for this reason.

The food and the home brewed beer is a must try. The staff is very friendly too. I'd definitely recommend the hotel to everyone.

Very nice hotel. Friendly staff. Rich breakfast buffet. How were completely satisfied. Our recommendations: Order the beer tasting set. 3 x 0.1L. Do a brewery tour. Of course, everything is very compact, but very interesting.

The hotel is nicely located in blaustine. Ample parking space. Inside it has vast sitting space for dining and breakfast. Neatly and professionally taken care of each things. Breakfast menu is good. Charges Euro 14.50 for outside guest. They have their own micro brewery I guess. I will definitely recommend it for your get together, or travel stay.

Very nice rooms with lots of wood. A bit of road noise in the evening, very easy to reach with enough parking spaces. The food is good and the service friendly and multilingual. Highly recommended for seminars. Unfortunately, the toilets are not in the immediate vicinity of the seminar rooms.

Bit expensive for the taste. Setting is good, calm and very neat! Service is also good. My rating is for the expense. Good parking and place is easy to find. Staff is very friendly.

This place was excellent and we had a great time. I highly suggest staying here, the staff was very helpful, the beer is good, simple basic and clean. Will stay again soon...

Our meal - char & veal shank - was delicious. The service is very attentive (would you like some more sauce?) And friendly, changing the side dishes is no problem. The beer tasting is a nice gag to get to know the different beers. The rustic-modern ambience. We were definitely not here for the last time.
